Insurance broker ALKEME has announced the acquisition of InsurePro, a specialty personal and commercial insurance provider based in Draper, Utah. According to a press release, the acquisition announced Thursday strengthens ALKEME’s efforts to expand its presence in Utah and expand its personal and commercial insurance portfolio.
The acquisition aims to strengthen ALKEME’s offering in the area of high-quality personal insurance and leverage InsurePro’s specialty in this area. The collaboration between the two companies is intended to improve services and give customers access to a broader range of resources.
“This acquisition not only expands our presence in Utah, but also aligns with our commitment to providing comprehensive and specialized insurance solutions,” said Curtis Barton, CEO of ALKEME. “InsurePro’s expertise in high-quality private insurance perfectly complements our existing services and we look forward to the growth opportunities this partnership will bring.”
