EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (EPIC) has announced significant promotions within its leadership team.
Jacqueline Beaudet, former risk manager and director of compliance/regulation at EPIC, has been named executive vice president and general counsel. Meanwhile, Stephanie Zucker, former vice president of surplus lines, has been promoted to senior vice president of compliance. The moves are part of EPIC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its legal and compliance capabilities.
Beaudet, who joined EPIC in 2017 following the acquisition of Frenkel & Company, brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance matters to her new role. According to a statement from the company, her promotion is in line with EPIC’s strategic vision of integrating top talent into the executive ranks.
Dan Crawford, Chief Legal Officer of EPIC parent company Galway Holdings, LP, commented: “She has a wonderful combination of insurance business acumen and legal skills and expertise, enabling her to be both a respected attorney and a highly collaborative business partner. “EPIC’s retail leadership.”
Meanwhile, Zucker’s appointment as senior vice president of compliance recognized her exceptional achievements. Zucker was cited as instrumental in advancing EPIC’s operational compliance initiatives with her strategic leadership and commitment to collaborative teamwork.
Reflecting on Zucker’s promotion, Beaudet noted, “Stephanie’s strategic approach and commitment to teamwork have been critical to our business operations. Her new role is a testament to her ability to drive key initiatives and drive growth.”
In her new role, Zucker reiterated, “I am excited to take on this role and am committed to maintaining our high compliance standards while pushing the boundaries of operational innovation that contribute to the success of our company.”
