Bradshaw, who became CEO of Gallagher Re North America in 2021 following the acquisition of Willis Re, will succeed Tom Wafer, who will retire on May 31, 2024. A statement noted that Bradshaw has had a distinguished career in the re/insurance industry with over 40 years of experience. His employment with Willis Re began in 2005 and ultimately led to his promotion to CEO of the North American business in 2010.
