Vizance Insurance Certified Insurance Advisor Jennifer DeGeorge (pictured) has been named the 2024 PIA National CSR of the Year.
The annual award is presented by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) to outstanding customer service representatives working for a PIA member insurance agency and recognizes a CSR who has improved the agency’s operations.
DeGeorge was selected for the award at PIA’s Mid-Year Leadership Conference in Virginia.
The PIA said her resume, peer recognition and leadership of the Wisconsin Young Professionals Insurance Network PIA “solidified her selection as this year’s honoree.”
Vizance President Jeffrey Cardenas commented on DeGeorge’s award, saying that this is the case
“Consistent” demonstrated a commitment to excellence in her role.
“Your tireless commitment to providing our clients with unparalleled service has contributed significantly to our agency’s success and reputation,” said Cardenas.
“Her professionalism, coupled with a genuine desire to assist and support our customers, sets her apart as an exemplary customer service representative,” he added.
In her acceptance speech, DeGeorge said she has always been passionate about “helping others.” She also noted that at Vizance, she gets to help business owners protect their dreams and employees every day.
“As we know, insurance is not everyone’s top need, but my goal is to change that mindset with every positive interaction,” DeGeorge added.
The Wisconsin PIA praised DeGeorge for her dedication to her profession, her colleagues and her clients.
DeGeorge received the PIA award after being named Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year.
