Hub International Limited (HUB), an international insurance brokerage and financial services company, has announced the acquisition of Florida-based insurer Sales Insurance Agency (Sale Insurance).
Following the acquisition, Robert Sale, President of Sale Insurance, Brittany Sale, Vice President of Sale Insurance, and the entire Sale Insurance team will join Hub Florida.
“With HUB, we are excited to significantly expand our resources and services while continuing to grow our business and provide even more value to our customers,” said Robert Sale.
Although the terms of the transaction were not disclosed, it was revealed that the consulting firm represented MarshBerry Sale Insurance. Following the transaction, the acquired company will be referred to as a Hub International company.
Sale Insurance is a boutique, family-run and independent insurance agency. It offers commercial insurance for companies as well as insurance for wealthy private customers.
Hub International Limited is a full-service global insurance broker and financial services provider providing risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management products and services.
Hub has continued its growth through recent acquisitions of companies such as Onecap Services and SATS, LLC, Bolds Risk & Insurance Services, Zavitz Insurance and Wealth and Morin Insurance Agency.
