Chris Inglis (pictured), who served as cybersecurity adviser to US President Joe Biden from 2021 to 2023, is joining the board of American International Group as an independent director.

An expert in cyber intelligence and security, the former national cyber director and former brigadier general will take over at AIG in March. His credentials include 43 years of federal service.

John G. Rice, AIG’s senior independent director, said in a press release: “Chris Inglis is a highly qualified executive who provides insight and perspective based on his extensive experience in cyber intelligence and advanced technology.

“Chris brings nearly five decades of distinguished military service and leadership in the public and private sectors to AIG, and we are pleased to welcome him as our newest board member.”

Inglis is currently a strategic advisor at Paladin Capital Group.
